Blooming Moon’s CANCELLATION POLICY is to please give us at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment(s).

We require your credit card information when scheduling your appointment(s) and retain 50% of the treatment’s value only if the 24 hour notice is not given. This courtesy is essential, as it allows us to give the best possible experience to you and to all of our guests, all the time.

We encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment allowing you time to check in, enjoy a soothing beverage and unwind.

To get the most out of your treatment, and in consideration of other guests we ask that you please turn off your cell phone while visiting Blooming Moon.

Blooming Moon does not honor multiple discounts or coupons for services done the same day. However, we always honor your discount or coupons! So save them and use them the next time you come in!

We happily accommodate after-hour or early morning appointments by request.
