Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is joyfully anticipated and artfully prepared!

Please provide Blooming Moon with 24 hours notice or more when rescheduling or re-booking your appointment(s).

When booking your appointment we do ask for a credit card number (Visa or MC) to reserve the appointment(s). If 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided, we will charge your credit card 50% of the day’s total service(s) value. If you are using a gift certificate or have purchased a package or series of services, 50% of the days total service will be retained from your gift certificate or package.

What to Know Before Your Appointment

Treatments are always in progress at Blooming Moon. To ensure you are not interrupting anyone’s relaxation, we ask that you please speak softly upon entering the spa.

Please arrive 15 min early, allowing you time to check in and unwind. To get the most from your treatment, and in consideration of other guests receiving treatments at Blooming Moon, we ask that you please silence your cell phone and speak quietly during your visit.

Notify our staff of any allergies, special health needs or concerns when booking your appointment. Expecting mothers: Make sure you tell our staff how many weeks pregnant you are when you book your treatment-see more info below.

Please bring flip-flops if you are getting a pedicure – we prefer not to use disposable flip-flops.

Spa Parties

When booking your Spa Party, we require a credit card number (Visa or MC) to hold the appointments. For parties of 5 or more we require 48 hours notice when rescheduling or re-booking and a 15% gratuity will be added.

Expecting Mothers

Craving some pampering during your pregnancy? Why not indulge yourself and enjoy a treatment at Blooming Moon! We do require an approval note from your doctor if you are in your first trimester–for Massage only. Please have this prepared before you come in for your massage.

When booking your massage or facial, please notify our staff of any areas of sensitivity, or if you’ve been sensitive to any particular smells or products while pregnant. Blooming Moon offers extra pillows, wedges and extra padding to make sure you are comfortable.

For safety reasons, Blooming Moon does not offer deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, or body wrap treatments to expecting mothers. If you have any questions, give us a call!

Gratuities may be added to any credit card payment. Small envelopes are available at the front desk if you prefer to leave a cash tip for your service provider.

Blooming Moon does not honor multiple discounts or coupons for treatments done the same day. However, we always redeem your discount or coupons! So save them for use during your next visit.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have an expiration date of 1 year from the month of purchase.

We happily accept returns on skin or body care products for spa credit ONLY within 30 days of purchase.
